Ridgewood Community League is so excited to officially announce our new free family event! We are hosting a free family Halloween party, and we welcome all residents of the Ridgewood neighbourhoods of Bisset, Minchau, and Weinlos to attend. Come join us on Sunday, Octoer 27th from 12:30 - 4 pm.
We'll be having games, crafts, a photo corner, free hot chocolate, and the first 40 kids who attend get a treat bag! Costumes are not only welcome, but encouraged! Covenant Health is hosting a free community event in our area! The block party runs from 9:30 am to 3 pm on September 28, and will feature a free pancake breakfast, food trucks, multicultural performances, and kids activities.

AsiaFest YEG has been an annual celebration for three years, incorporating the lively tradition of Night Markets as part of the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, which are popular in many Asian cities. At night, Currents of Windermere becomes a bustling hub with more than 30 vendors providing Asian food, merchandise, handicrafts and performances. The festival in located in the Ambleside neighbourhood at Windermere Blvd and Terwilliger Dr NW, and runs from September 13-15. You can get more information on their website here. |
