Ridgewood Community League is excited to announce our inaugural Christmas Fair!

On Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Ridgewood Community Hall from 10 am to 4 pm we will be hosting a selection of artists and artisans vending their locally made goods from the community, and the city at large.

In addition to a curated selection of 100% handmade, local vendors, our market will feature kids crafts, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a concession benefitting a local community organization!

First 40 entrants to the market get an extra door prize ticket to increase their chances of winning!

Those visiting us in the kids craft room will also receive a free kids book! These are on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to come early!

What kind of vendors will there be?
Our mandate is 100% local and handmade; we do not accept resellers or multi-level marketing. What that means for you, the shopper, is that you know all the items at our market are handmade by our vendors! When you buy from our vendors, you are buying directly from them, and supporting local businesses.

Entry: 
There are no entry fees! Entrance is free to all market attendees.

Getting Here:
The market is located at Ridgewood Community Hall at 3705 Mill Woods Rd East.
By Car:
There is free parking in our lot for attendees, with additional free parking along 36 Ave.
By Transit:
The 508 and 509 busses both stop within one to two blocks of the hall. 

Food & Drink:
​We will be having a concession run out of the hall by the Minchau Parent Association. Shop, grab a bite, and support our community all at once! The menu includes hot and cold items like sub sandwiches, popcorn, chips, baked goods, and drinks.

Activities:
Not only do we have an amazing line up of vendors, but we have giveaways and activities!

Kids Craft Room
Free ornament and card making for kids. The craft room will be open from 11-2 pm and is sponsored by MLA Edmonton-Mill Woods Christina Gray.

Door prizes
Four prize packages to be awarded! First forty entrants to the market get an extra ballot to increase your chances of winning! Gift certificates to grocery stores, Mill Woods Town Centre, and a grand prize of a linen tote bag filled with goodies donated by our amazing vendors!

Free Books
Mill Woods Town Centre has sponsored a giveaway for kids books. We'll be giving them away to kids at the craft corner!

50/50 Raffle
Join our 50/50 raffle and help the league! All funds raised will be going right back to Ridgewood Community League to help fund events, programs, and important work needed to be done around the hall.
