 Ridgewood wants to celebrate the beautiful, festive yards in our neighbourhoods of Bisset, Minchau, and Weinlos this season!
Voting is from November 25-December 25th. When you're our and about, write down the addresses and snap a photo that show off their love of the season. Then come here and nominate your neighbours via our form. We'll be having two prizes: the juried prize is a $50 gift certificate for Mill Woods Town Centre, and the People's Choice is a $25 gift certificate for Mill Woods Town Centre! Join us on November 16th from 10-4 for a market and community event.
We have over 30 curated amazing artists and artisans for you to see; come on by our handmade, local market and help us kick off the season! From art to paper to fabric to jewelry, and more. Make sure to swing by our community table, hosted by Mill Woods Care Closet, and grab a bite at our concession run by the Minchau Parent Association. The market has a slate of fun activities planned; with door prizes to be drawn throughout the day, a kids craft room from 11-2 pm, a concession with benefits going to the Minchau Parent Association, and a 50/50 raffle to help benefit your League! First 40 entrants get an extra ballot for the door prizes! Saturday November 16th, 10-4 pm. Come on by and celebrate the beginning of the season with us. Entrance is free! Alberta Health Services has sent a great list of ways to get the most out of the season while making sure you keep a lookout for kids.
We're super excited to announce our vendor list is live for our Christmas Market & Fair happening on November 16th! We'll have not only the market, but a kids craft area, door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and a concession to help benefit the Minchau Parents Association's fundraising efforts. While you're in the Ridgewood neighbourhoods of Bisset, Minchau and Weinlos, jot down the addresses of those houses that go all out to celebrate Halloween, then head on over to this page and nominate them. The house with the most nominations will win a prize of a $50 gift certificate from Mill Woods Town Centre - but even more importantly - bragging rights!
