News & Blog
A small update just to announce we've made a slight change to our membership sign up. You can now head right on over to our Join Us page and fill out the form to submit your information for membership!
After you've completed that, we are now happy to be taking e-transfers, so head on over to your bank and submit the $25 fee to [email protected] directly. No extra fees for sign up! Ridgewood Community League is excited to announce our brand new program: Ridgewood Community Clubs! What is a Community Club? It's a small club organized by a league member, open to all league members, that centres around a common theme or interest. Want to host a photography club or ballroom dance group? How about a book club or board game night? Knitting nights, sewing circles, bridge clubs... whatever you're interested in we want to host it.
Community Clubs are a fantastic way to meet your neighbours who share similar interests and hobbies. If you're interested in getting in touch about a new community club, please head on over to this page to read about it, and send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you! Did you know that as a member of Ridgewood Community League, you have access to the Edmonton Tool Library? The Edmonton Tool Library is looking for members of participating community leagues to get involved, either through board membership or volunteering. Please see the information below if you're interested in participating.
The Gene Zwozdesky Scholarship, sponsored by MCARFA, is now open to residents of Ridgewood Community! If you meet the criteria, please see below on how to enter for one of two scholarships.
